In a recent resilience workshop, I saw vibrant lives, each of them breaking through and growing regardless of their life circumstances. This kind of moving experience from life itself makes me believe that the world will certainly get better, because we are becoming increasingly resilient! What surprised me was that two senior participants over 50, who have surpassed the notion of 'confusion at forty, acceptance at fifty,' were also learning .

Resilience comes from a true and profound understanding of oneself, as one participant said, it is a skill that cannot be fully developed on one's own. When unexpected events occur, they are merely objective events; how we respond to them depends on our cultivated reactions. These reactions shape our destiny, and they have an invisible foundation: resilience.
